super easy rice dish that you can make with any vegetables. easy way to use your left over rice.
ingredients:
olive oil
white rice
1/2 cauliflower
2 carrots
1 red onion
2 cloves os garlic
5 tbsp soya sauce
a hand full peas and corn
instructions:
1. chopp the vegetables into pieces. start by frying the cauliflower and carrots in some olive oil. let that fry a bit and add the onion. when the vegetables are almost done add the garlic, peas and corn.
2. add the amount of rice you want with the vegetables and fry it togheter with the soya sauce.
3. enjoy!
