ingredients:
1 block smoked tofu
olive oil
vegan bread of your choice
alfalfa
vegan mayonaise
sweet chili sauce
instructions:
1. slice the tofu and fry it in a pan along with some olive oil, i like to fry it until it has a golden crust but it is up to you.
2. assemble the sandwich and enjoy!
